For us the year 2019 is very special, because in 1969 in a small room of his home, right in the building next to where we are currently located, Mr. Daniel Rodés Català, started, excited, what today , 50 years later, it is a consolidated project, which maintains the philosophy with which it was born: the spirit of service and the proximity to its customers.
In the journey we have made in these 50 years, we have had successes and mistakes. We have adapted to the multiple legislative reforms, to the technological revolution; To social changes; We have resisted crisis and we have not been carried away by the euphoria of real estate bubbles.
We have remained rooted in the neighborhood that saw us born, with the will to work with professionalism and honesty, aware that offering a quality service is the best guarantee to face the future, whether the authorization is the challenges we will have to face deal.
An event like this deserves to be celebrated and shared with all those people who have accompanied and accompanied us, clients (many of whom we already consider them friends), employees and suppliers, without whom nowadays Finques Rodés would not be what it is.
It is also a special moment to remember those who are no longer with us, and with special affection, and Daniel Rodés i Català, founder and soul of this project, and for so many loved ones that we keep to our memory and who unfortunately can no longer share our joy
